Questions/Answers

Question asked by Carolyn:

To Rich: I saw the food section on the web site and wondered: Do you ever get sick of eating the same food? What one food will you eat when you get back home that you’ve missed while at sea? - asked by Gina, from Carolyn Sheild's classroom

Answer:

Dear Gina,

I only get sick of eating the same food if its food I don't like to begin with! Otherwise, to have homecooked granola every morning for breakfast, with a glass of Ensure poured over it, I really look forward to that every morning! Also, the freeze-dried food that many people scoff at is really quite good, and I look forward to that at dinner every night. As well, we found new products from Bumblebee--foil packed tuna, chicken, salmon--so you get real food in a sauce. It's terrific.

Rich
